Urgently Hiring: SALES AND OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Location: Yaba Phase 2, Lagos

Salary: ₦80,000 - ₦120,000 Monthly

Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday | Full-time | Onsite

ABOUT THE ROLE

Revo media printing solutions is seeking a hands-on Sales and Operations Supervisor to drive sales growth, manage daily outlet operations, and lead a high-performing team at our Yaba lagos location.

This role is critical to ensuring we hit revenue targets, maintain operational excellence, and deliver exceptional customer experience every day.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. SALES LEADERSHIP & TARGET DELIVERY

• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for Yaba Phase 2 outlet

• Implement sales strategies, promotions, and upselling techniques to drive revenue

• Monitor sales trends, analyze performance data, and report gaps with action plans

• Build customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

2. OPERATIONS & OUTLET MANAGEMENT

• Oversee daily opening and closing of the outlet in line with company SOPs

• Manage inventory: stock control, stock-taking, replenishment, and loss prevention

• Ensure proper product merchandising, pricing, and outlet neatness at all times

• Handle cash management, POS reconciliation, and daily sales reporting

3. TEAM SUPERVISION & DEVELOPMENT

• Schedule, and supervise sales and operations staff

• Conduct daily briefings and ensure team meets KPIs

• Address staff performance issues, motivate team, and ensure compliance with company policies

• Ensure staff adhere to dress code, customer service standards, and work ethics

4. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & BRAND STANDARDS

• Ensure excellent customer service delivery and resolve customer complaints/escalations

• Monitor competitor activities in Yaba market and share insights with management

• Ensure the outlet meets brand standards for display, hygiene, and customer engagement

5. REPORTING & ADMINISTRATION

• Prepare and submit daily sales, inventory, and operations reports

• Track expenses and ensure outlet operates within budget

• Liaise with HR, Finance, and Supply Chain teams for smooth operations

REQUIREMENTS

1. HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

2. 2-3 years proven experience as Sales Supervisor or Operations Supervisor in retail/FMCG

3. Strong sales record and ability to meet targets consistently

4. Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills

5. Proficient in MS Excel, POS systems, and basic reporting

6. Must reside in Yaba and environs. Immediate resumption preferred

7. High energy, target-driven, and able to work 6 days a week
