Sales and Operations Support - Mandarin Speaker

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support the Sales team in client communication, order follow-ups, quotation preparation, and other sales related documentation.
2. Handle general administrative tasks, including document filing, contract management, meeting coordination, reimbursement processing, and procurement support.
3. Assist with daily operational activities, including office supplies management, basic errands, and coordination of government or chamber related documentation.
4. Accompany the team on business trips when required and provide on-site interpretation between Chinese and Indonesian.
5. Coordinate and maintain communication with local suppliers, channel partners, customers, and other external stakeholders in Indonesia.
6. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with the China based team.
2. Diploma degree or higher, any major is welcome.
3. Detail oriented, responsible, well organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Previous experience in sales support, administrative support, operations, or a similar role is preferred.
5. Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email.
6. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment within a small to mid-sized team.
7. Proactive, adaptable, willing to learn, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
8. Willing to travel occasionally based on business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Good command of English and Mandarin.
2. Experience in the technology, e-commerce, security, CCTV, smart home, or related industries.
3. Possess a valid driving license and/or be comfortable handling outdoor activities and business errands independently.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
