Sales & Policy Services Associate (Reliever)

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-oriented Sales and Policy Services Associate (Reliever) to support our sales and policy servicing operations. The successful candidate will assist in account management, policy processing, client coordination, and the implementation of marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from clients, agents, and brokers
• Prepare premium quotations and proposals
• Process policy issuance, endorsements, and other policy-related requests
• Coordinate policy and document delivery
• Monitor and follow up policy renewals
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems
• Coordinate with underwriting on rates, terms, and conditions
• Assist in client visits and marketing activities
• Support the implementation of sales and marketing programs
