Sales & PR Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & PR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in outdoor sales and public relations, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to develop creative strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through outdoor sales activities.
• Support public relations initiatives and enhance the company’s brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to propose and execute creative sales and promotional strategies.
• Negotiate with clients and prepare sales proposals to maximize revenue.
• Monitor sales performance and maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in outdoor sales and/or public relations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in standard office applications.
• A valid Qatari driving license and personal car are mandatory.
• Ability to start immediately or as soon as possible.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary package based on experience, skills, and knowledge.
• Additional commission based on net sales performance.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
