Sales & Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between internal departments, customers, suppliers, and external partners
• Support project documentation, tracking, and follow-up activities
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and related documents
• Support sales operations, logistics coordination, and general administrative tasks
• Assist management in scheduling, task prioritization, and workflow coordination
• Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending tasks with related teams
• Support procurement activities, vendor coordination, and document submission processes
• Handle confidential documents and sensitive information professionally
• Provide administrative and coordination support to management and team members
• Assist in improving operational and administrative processes to enhance workflow efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Good command of Thai and English communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work well in a team environment
• Experience in Sales Support, Project Coordination, or Administrative Support is preferred
