Sales & Project Executive

Job Summary

The Sales & Project Executive is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships and coordinating roller shutter and construction projects from project commencement to completion. The role ensures smooth project execution while achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up on sales enquiries, generate new leads and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate and oversee roller shutter and construction projects from project commencement to completion.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Attend site visits and meetings, monitor project progress and resolve site-related issues.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and in compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Prepare project documentation, reports and perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Certificate and above in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, project coordination or the construction/building materials industry.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively.
• Willing to travel for site visits and client meetings.
