Sales And Relationship Manager

Hooksun India is one of the leading solar module distribution companies in North India and an authorised channel partner of Adani Solar since 2018. With 7 warehouses across UP, Uttarakhand, Punjab and Haryana and a network of 150+ dealers and EPC clients, we are now expanding into solar projects and EPC. We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven professional to work directly with the MD and drive our marketing and business development.

Role Overview

This is not a desk job. You will work as the MD's right hand representing Hooksun in the market, building and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, and managing our brand presence across social media. You will be expected to travel, meet dealers, EPC players and project customers, and bring business to the table.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead generation and market mapping identify dealers, EPC companies, installers and project customers across our operating regions and convert them into active clients.
• Client relationship management build strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients; act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
• Regular travel and market touring visit dealer networks, warehouses, project sites and industry events to strengthen ground presence.
• Social media and digital marketing manage Hooksun's presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube; plan content, campaigns, product launches and brand communication.
• Marketing coordination handle brochures, creatives, promotional material, exhibitions and dealer meets.
• Support the MD — coordinate on strategy, follow-ups, meetings, presentations and day-to-day business priorities; take ownership of tasks delegated by the MD.
• Market intelligence — track competitor activity (Waaree, Premier, Saatvik, Vikram, etc.), pricing trends and government schemes such as PM-KUSUM and PM Surya Ghar.
• Reporting — maintain lead pipeline, client follow-up trackers and weekly progress reports.

Who We Are Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable dealing with dealers, EPC owners, corporate clients and government stakeholders.
• Strong in social media handling and digital marketing, with a good eye for content and branding.
• Proven ability to grab leads from the market and close business.
• Willing and able to travel extensively (15–20 days a month during peak periods).
• Proactive, disciplined and reliable — able to work independently and take full ownership.
• Good with MS Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM/lead trackers and basic presentation
