Sales And Reservation Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales & Reservation Executive. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Reservations Executive to join our team. If you have a flair for guest interaction, sales conversion, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle high-volume guest inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails & OTA platforms
• Manage and track leads from digital channels, website, and travel partners
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication
• Upsell room categories, packages, and add-on services
• Manage reservations accurately in PMS (Opera or similar)
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experience
• Maintain follow-ups, call logs, and lead trackers to drive conversions

Candidate Profile:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in hotel reservations or hospitality customer service
• Prior experience with resort and business hotel bookings preferred
• Exposure to PMS (Opera), CRM tools & WhatsApp Business
• Strong communication skills with a sales-driven mindset
• Ability to multitask and handle high inquiry volumes efficiently
