Job Responsibilities

During the rotation period, Sales and Retail Trainees will gain hands-on experience across key business functions and develop a comprehensive understanding of vivo's retail and sales operations.

1. Dealer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and key dealers or accounts.
• Conduct regular dealer visits to understand business needs and market dynamics.
• Implement the company's dealer management standards and provide effective sales solutions.

2. Retail Brand Excellence

• Maintain and enhance vivo's brand image in retail stores.
• Secure premium in-store visibility and display opportunities.
• Organize seasonal promotional campaigns and improve the overall consumer shopping experience.

3. Sales Target Management

• Support the breakdown and execution of regional sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance and identify business opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational and sales challenges.

2. Sales and Retail Trainee Development Program

Through a structured 1–2 year development program, Trainees will be groomed to become Regional Supervisors, capable of independently managing a sales region, leading a high-performing team, and driving business growth in overseas markets.

During the program, trainees will receive:

3. Qualifications
