Requirements
* Experience in semiconductor wafer sawing / dicing is highly preferred.
* Candidates with semiconductor industry experience as a Technician or Engineer are also welcome to apply.
* Experience in semiconductor equipment, process, or servicing is an advantage.
* Willing to travel for customer support.
* Hardworking, responsible, willing to learn, and a good team player.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical and service support to semiconductor customers.
* Equipment installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and evaluation.
* Support sales activities and develop good customer relationships.
* Work closely with our sales and technical team.
