Sales & Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in target industries (e.g., educational institutes, R&D institutes, manufacturing).
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, quotations, and proposals if needed.
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer training.
• Perform installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instruments.
• Provide after-sales technical support and service visits.
• Maintain customer records, service logs, and sales reports.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Requirements:

• BSc/Diploma in Engineering (in any Discipline)
• 1–2 years of experience in sales (freshers with good technical understanding can be considered).
• Basic understanding of sensors, data acquisition systems, and related equipment.
• Basic communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently for sales and service calls.
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable in a multitasking small-company environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
