Roles & Responsibilities:
* Handle major servicing, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of medical aesthetic equipment.
* Install and commission equipment at customer locations.
* Diagnose technical faults and ensure timely resolution of service complaints.
* Conduct customer training on equipment operation, handling, and maintenance.
* Support the sales team through product demonstrations and technical presentations.
* Assist in lead follow-ups, customer visits, and sales conversion.
* Maintain service records, installation reports, and customer feedback.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt after-sales support.
