Our established Allstate agency in Newburgh, NY is looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our in-office team.

Insurance experience is welcome, but not required. If you have the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to succeed, we will train you.

We believe in investing in our team through hands-on training, coaching, development, and opportunities for advancement. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to grow professionally, and is motivated by achieving goals.

Salary Range: $46,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements

We're Looking for Someone Who Is

Interested in helping people protect what matters most to them

Comfortable working in a professional, in-office team environment

Sales or customer service experience is preferred, including retail, hospitality, call center, telemarketing, or other customer-facing experience.

Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

Licensing

A New York Property & Casualty insurance license is required for the position. Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing and able to obtain their license.
