Sales and Service Representative

Bring your sales skills to the travel industry and help customers make the most of their vacations. As a Sales and Service Representative, you’ll work remotely with travelers and travel agents in an inbound call center environment. This role combines selling shore excursions and additional products with resolving customer concerns and finding solutions when travel plans change.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries, identify customer needs, recommend suitable excursions, and close bookings.
• Upsell additional excursions and excursion/trip insurance.
• Explain excursion options, pricing, and booking details clearly so customers can make informed decisions.
• Resolve complex customer service issues, including booking changes, cancellations, and complaints.
• Recommend alternative excursions when cancellations occur to retain bookings and meet customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer interactions, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Prior experience actively selling products or services, closing sales, and upselling.
• Experience resolving customer complaints and working through service issues.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate computer systems while assisting customers by phone.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Current Florida residency.
• Availability to attend every session of the required two-week training.
• Ability to provide your own computer and required equipment; equipment is not provided by the company.
