Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales & Solutions Consultant to understand customer needs, present education solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and support the sales team in converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

Understand the requirements of schools and educational institutions.

Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations.

Prepare proposals and solution presentations.

Support the sales team throughout the pre-sales process.

Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and value.

Coordinate with internal teams to address customer queries.

Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships.

Participate in client meetings, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Maintain records of leads, demonstrations, follow-ups, and opportunities.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and demonstrations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience preferred.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Customer-focused and confident personality.

Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Experience in sales, pre-sales, EdTech, education, or technology solutions is an advantage.

Willingness to travel.
