Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic *Sales & Solutions Consultant* to understand customer needs, present education solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and support the sales team in converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the requirements of schools and educational institutions.
• Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals and solution presentations.
• Support the sales team throughout the pre-sales process.
• Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and value.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer queries.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships.
• Participate in client meetings, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Maintain records of leads, demonstrations, follow-ups, and opportunities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and demonstrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred.*
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused and confident personality.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Experience in sales, pre-sales, EdTech, education, or technology solutions is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel.

Salary

Based on skills, experience, and interview performance.
