Sales & Supply Chain Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order processing.
• Maintain and update customer details, leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with customers regarding product availability, pricing, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Follow up with customers to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Accounts, and Logistics teams.
• Monitor sales orders, purchase orders, material availability, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for material procurement and timely delivery.
• Track inventory levels and identify material shortages or excess stock.
• Coordinate dispatches, transportation, and customer deliveries.
• Monitor pending orders and proactively resolve delivery-related issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly Sales, CRM, Inventory & Supply Chain MIS reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely updates in CRM/ERP systems.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / CRM / Supply Chain / Operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing or B2B environment preferred.
• Good knowledge of CRM/ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Basic understanding of procurement, inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and vendors.

Qualification

Any Degree / BBA / B.Com / B.E. / B.Tech / MBA in Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, or related fields.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates from Manufacturing, Engineering Products, Industrial Products, Machinery, Electrical/Electronics, Components, or B2B Sales backgrounds will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
