Life at Advancetech

Build systems that must not fail

Thirty years of mission-critical engineering, four mission-critical domains, and a growing team across three cities. If you want your work to fly, monitor reactors, or run the plants that power India — this is where you do it.

Why Advancetech

The Work

Mission-critical, multi-domain engineering

Engineers here move across nuclear instrumentation, defence avionics, industrial analytics and regulated infrastructure — few companies offer exposure to this breadth of safety-critical domains under one roof.

The Learning

Global OEM technology, hands-on

Work directly with technology from Mirion, Ideal Aerosmith, NAI, DDC-I and Canary Labs — with training, certification pathways and mentoring from engineers who have delivered institutional programmes for decades.

The Impact

From problem statement to production

You see the whole lifecycle — the system you design is the system you qualify, build and watch enter service. No handing off to another team and never learning how it ended.

The Growth

A company that is scaling

New business units, new partnerships and the opening of India's nuclear sector mean growing teams in Vadodara, Mumbai and Bengaluru — with room to build a career, not just hold a role.

Kolkata3–5 yrs

Sales and support for scientific, corrosion research, nuclear instruments and teaching equipment — serving universities and research institutes.
