SALES AND SUPPORT MANAGER ( Upwork)

About the Role:

Global Clicks is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales & Support Manager (Upwork) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communications on Upwork, generating new business opportunities, handling client support, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client communication and respond to inquiries on Upwork.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into clients.
• Prepare and submit customized proposals.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Meet monthly sales and client acquisition targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• 5 years of proven experience in sales, customer support and business development.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client conversations.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with Upwork and CRM tools will be an added advantage.

Salary:
. 140k - 200k
. Note: Salary will be determined based on the candidate's skills, experience, and overall qualifications.
