Sales & Technical Engineer

SEW-EURODRIVE is a leading manufacturer in the field of drive technology and headquartered in Bruchsal, Germany. Our company has an immediate vacancy for the following position at Bintulu or Sibu.

• To be base in Bintulu or Sibu.

Roles:

• Manage existing customers and develop new customers.
• Meet/exceed sales growth objectives as established by Management.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries/proposal from customers.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and after sales support to customers.
• Regular customer meeting to understand customer's business status, look for business opportunity and foster good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention.
• Prepare sales visits and activity reports on weekly basis or as and when required by immediate supervisor.
• Consistently provide feedback to the team in the organization regarding competition, product and/ or market needs.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops/trainings with customers.
• Attend and support marketing activities in seminars, trade shows, conferences and other marketing events that the company had participated.
• Maintain customers contact database.
• Maintain a sound technical / application knowledge for all SEW products.
• Deliver presentations and hands-on demonstrations of SEW products and applications for the purpose of product sales.
• Timely follow up with customers for the invoice issued and ensure prompt collection and payment from customers.

Who are we looking for:

• Applicants should be Malaysian citizen.
• Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical)
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in industrial sales will be a plus.
• Fluent in English and Malay, both oral and written.
• Independent, result oriented, resourceful and dynamic.
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Possess own car and willing to travel.
• Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.
