Sales and Technical Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Keep and grow existing customers: Build strong relationships, understand how customers buy, review sales trends, and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Win new business: Find potential customers and projects, understand their needs, and present suitable product and service solutions.
• Protect profit: Sell on value, negotiate effectively, use discounts responsibly, and agree customer commitments where possible.
• Work with resellers: Provide technical and commercial support, plan activity for key customers, and review sales progress.
• Plan and report: Maintain a clear customer visit and call plan, and update Salesforce daily with activities, contacts, opportunities, and new business.

Qualifications:

• A degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or another technical subject.
• 4 to 6 years of Experience in direct end-customer technical product sales, business development, territory growth, or account management.
• Sales and Technical experience in the maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) industry or a related technical market.
• Strong communication, listening, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is an advantage.
• A self-motivated, positive, results-focused approach and willingness to take ownership of customer relationships.
• A valid driving license.
