About the role
Provide technical service and solutions to customers and market feedback in the MDF, particleboard and plywood industries.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical service and solutions to MDF, particleboard and plywood industries
- Assist company in product quality control and development
- Provide market feedback and explanation to sales deviations on a monthly basis
- Work closely with Technical Service Manager, Chemist and Production in developing and supporting regional sales activities and resolve major customers issues
- Assist marketing on sales collection
- Conduct and follow up a new product trial at customer sites
- Report unsafe act, potential hazard or equipment malfunction
About you
- Degree in Chemistry, Forestry or Science
- Good public relationship
- Communicate well in English, Mandarin and Chinese Direct
- Able to think logically
