Sales Application Engineer Co-op

SUMMARY:

Receives exposure to the field of Technical Sales Support (TSS) and Sales Engineering functions through the interaction with the SAE's team, robot inventory, robot model analysis, robot programming and troubleshooting, MS Office 365 assignments which support engineering as well as interfacing with customers. This co-op will be ideal for students who have completed their Sophomore or Junior year in 2027. Duration of the co-op: May 2027 - August 2027. Dates are flexible based on availability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Learn and understand KUKA's product line
• Manage the Sales/Marketing Show robot inventory
• Configure and start up robots "Out of the Box"
• Support engineering team on a project-by-project basis
• Communicate and work with customers
• Develop troubleshooting skills
• Support engineering requests from other departments, if available, for cross training
• Adheres to the Quality System and participates in continual improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• One year towards a bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline or two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires proficient computer skills (MS Office 365), strong interpersonal skills, and programming experience.
