Sales Application Manager | Networking Solutions

We are looking for a  Sales Application Manager  to strengthen our ambitious sales team in Taiwan. You will help drive business growth in Taiwan by delivering advanced networking and IoT solutions to enterprise customers and channel partners

Teltonika's networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

In this role, you will:

1)       Business Development & Sales

• Develop and execute BD strategy for Taiwan across EV charging, smart factory/semiconductor, smart building/energy, smart city.
• Identify, develop and close new business opportunities with enterprise customers, SIs, OEMs.
• Expand and manage Taiwan distribution: broadline + specialist vertical distributors + domain-focused SIs (DFSI).
• Build customer relationships, generate pipeline and lead commercial negotiations.
• Leverage strategic partnerships and government initiatives relevant to Taiwan.
• Maintain CRM pipeline, forecasting, give regular business reviews to regional leadership.
• Drive adoption of remote management platform and software applications through channel.

2)       Technical Application & Support

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for customers/partners, design appropriate networking/IoT solutions.
• Design end-to-end architectures and topologies including connectivity, security, remote management.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution design, product demonstrations and PoCs
• Provide post-sales support, troubleshooting and system integration guidance
• Deliver technical training, presentations and documentation in Mandarin and English
• Collaborate with R7D and product teams to resolve issues and provide market feedback.
• Support new product launches and customer migration.

What we expect of you:

• Bachelor in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Telecom/IT/Networking or related.
• At least 5+ years of combined BD/sales + application engineering in industrial networking/IoT/telecom.
• Proven channel development and direct sales experience in Taiwan.
• Solid IP networking: TCP/IP, routing/switching, DHCP/DNS, VPN, VLAN, NAT/firewall, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, cellular 4G/5G/LTE.
• Familiarity with industrial protocols (M-Bus, Modbus, MQTT, OPC-UA), EV charging (OCPP), Linux, diagnostic tools and remote management platforms advantageous.
• Excellent communication/presentation, explain technical to technical and non-technical.

·        Fluency in both  English  and Mandarinis essential for this role to communicate with clients.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, customer-focused.
• Willingness to travel.
