We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Shop Assistant to join our team at FAZIL GROUP' in Melaka. As a full-time Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store presentation, and supporting the smooth operation of our gold jewellery retail store.

What you'll be doing (Sales Assistant Kedai Emas)

1. Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, answering their questions and helping them with their purchases
2. Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
3. Assisting with inventory management and stock control
4. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and store presentation
5. Providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive shopping experience
6. Collaborating with the team to achieve store sales and customer satisfaction targets
7. Ensuring the store is well-stocked, organised and visually appealing to customers

What we're looking for (Sales Assistant Kedai Emas)

1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the jewellery or luxury goods industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
3. Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail for handling cash and stock
4. A friendly, professional and helpful attitude, with a genuine interest in providing a positive customer experience
5. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
6. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
