Job Title: Sales Assistant

Location: Montebello, California

Position: Full-time

An exciting opportunity for an individual interested in working in a fast-paced fashion environment. This is a unique position that requires the candidate to perform a multi-functional role. The ideal candidate must be highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and accountability. Looking for a self-starter interested in being part of an innovative and dynamic sales organization with tremendous growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

· Communication and follow up with all buying teams.

· Responsible for purchase order maintenance and follow-up.

· Ability to process new account forms, applications, orders, and customer requests.

· Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure pre, present, and postproduction logistics are closely watched to maintain on schedule and quality standards.

· Will be responsible for generating and distributing weekly reports to the team.

· Other duties as needed

· Manage all TOP samples (inbound/outbound)

· Recap all meetings & appointments

· Work with Global office on all costing requests

Education/Experience

· 2- 4 Years of Professional Experience, preferably in the wholesale apparel industry.

· BA or BS degree in Sales/Marketing, Business, or related field preferred but not required.

· Understanding of apparel merchandising, sales, and retail math a plus!

· A2000 ERP system experience preferred.

Skills

· Effective communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills with a desire to learn and grow on the sales team.

· Detail oriented and must have ability to multi-task.

· Excellent Knowledge of Excel

· Ability to work in a dynamic environment and be flexible to changing priorities.

· Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

· A proactive, energetic, and motivated team-player who is also self-motivated and can work independently.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Attention to detail, consistent follow up, and proactive attitude.

Position is NOT remote. Candidate expected to report daily to our corporate office located in Commerce, CA 90640
