Sales Assistant Associate (Entry-Level)

We’re an established international supplier of automotive lifts and parking solutions, now expanding our U.S. operations from Jacksonville. Our equipment helps auto repair shops, dealerships, tire and service centers, and fleet maintenance facilities work more safely, efficiently, and productively. We pair proven engineering with hands-on, personal customer service, and we’re building our U.S. team for long-term growth.

The Role

We’re looking for a motivated, energetic Sales Assistant Associate to join our growing team. At first you’ll focus on our line of automotive service lifts, including two-post, four-post, scissor, and alignment lifts, used by repair shops, dealerships, and service centers. As you gain experience, you’ll expand into our full range of parking and storage solutions.

This is a strong first step for someone who wants a career in sales and enjoys working with cars and the people who service them. The role includes regular travel to visit shops, support demonstrations and installations, and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

What You’ll Do

• Support the sales team: Find and qualify repair shops, dealerships, and service centers, then schedule meetings and product demonstrations.
• Work with clients: Learn each shop’s workflow, bay layout, vehicle mix, and lifting needs, and recommend the right service lift solutions.
• Travel to the field: Visit customer sites, join demos and installations, and staff our booth at trade shows and industry events.
• Learn the products: Complete in-depth training on our service lifts, including capacities, configurations, safety features, certifications, and installation requirements.
• Research the market: Track trends in the automotive service industry, competitor products, and new opportunities in your territory.
• Contribute to strategy: Help the team plan outreach and work toward sales targets.
• Keep things organized: Maintain client records, prepare quotes and proposals, and follow up promptly on inquiries.

Travel Requirements

• Regular travel within Florida and the Southeast, with occasional national travel, estimated at 50% of working time.
• Some trips may include overnight stays and, occasionally, weekend events such as trade shows.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
• Travel expenses are covered by the company.

What We’re Looking For

• Genuine interest in sales and the automotive service industry
• Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with shop environments is a big plus
• Strong communication and people skills, with a desire to build lasting client relationships
• Eagerness to learn, self-motivation, and a proactive attitude
• Comfort working independently on the road and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM experience is a plus)
• Willingness and availability to travel as described above
• Customer-facing, sales, or automotive experience is a plus but not required
• Portuguese or Spanish fluency is a strong plus
