About the Role

Anytime Fitness Cebu IT Park is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong sales background who are passionate about building relationships, achieving targets, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Membership Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating new membership sales, nurturing leads, and promoting the Anytime Fitness brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify membership leads through various channels
• Conduct club tours and present membership packages to prospective members
• Convert inquiries and prospects into active memberships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
• Follow up with leads via phone calls, emails, text messages, and social media
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
• Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience from inquiry to membership sign-up
• Represent the Anytime Fitness brand professionally at all times

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in basic computer applications and social media platforms
