Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by understanding their health, nutrition and dietary needs and recommending suitable products.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and feedback professionally.
• Explain and communicate product promotions accurately to customers.
• Support sales, marketing and promotional activities to achieve sales targets.
• Assist with daily store operations and maintain a good store environment.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least a Secondary School qualification and/or completed SPM.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Language requirements: Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Knowledge of the retail industry is an advantage; otherwise, candidates must be willing to learn as on-the-job training will be provided.
• Willing to work long hours and possess a pleasant personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in retail environment is preferred.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
