Sales Assistant

• Conduct regular field visits to assigned areas to prospect and tap potential accounts such as independent gasoline stations, transport cooperatives, construction sites, and industrial clients
• Introduce and promote petroleum products (e.g., diesel, gasoline) to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct product presentations and negotiations, assisting in closing sales deals.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback on market trends, pricing, and promotions.
• Manage the documentation and collection of orders, contracts, and payments

Qualifications

• College graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (preferred but not strictly required).
• At least 1 year of experience in field sales or related role, preferably in petroleum, FMCG, or industrial products.
• Knowledge of local petroleum distribution networks and the independent fuel retail market is a strong advantage.
• Must be willing to travel extensively and work on the ground across assigned provinces or territories.
