Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear and products.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Recommend products based on customers’ needs and preferences.
• Handle sales transactions and assist with daily store operations.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and well-organised.
• Assist with stock checking, replenishment and inventory management.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and store performance.
• Perform other duties related to daily retail operations as assigned.
