销售助理（Sales Assistant）

主要职责/ Main Responsibilities:

• 处理销售订单并跟踪订单执行情况。
  Process sales orders and follow up on order execution.
• 更新和维护客户信息及ERP系统。
  Update and maintain customer information and the ERP system.
• 准备销售报表、发票及其他相关文档。
  Prepare sales reports, invoices, and other related documents.
• 协调销售、仓库及财务部门的工作，确保订单顺利完成。
  Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• 回复客户订单咨询及售后问题。
  Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders and after-sales matters.
• 协助销售团队处理日常行政事务。
  Assist the Sales team with daily administrative tasks.

任职要求 & 技能/ Requirements & Skills:

• 具备良好的沟通、协调和组织能力。
  Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• 熟练使用办公软件（Word、Excel）及ERP系统。
  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ERP systems.
• 工作细致、责任心强，能够处理多任务。
  Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• 有销售支持或行政工作经验者优先。
  Candidates with sales support or administrative experience will have an advantage.
• 具备中文沟通能力者优先。
  Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
