Sales Assistant

We are premium lifestyle brand centred around craftsmanship, considered design, and personal service. At our Atelier, we offer a curated menswear experience across tailoring, ready-to-wear, and accessories, with a strong focus on fit, quality, and attention to detail.

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our growing team and deliver a highly personal and attentive experience to every client.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients throughout their experience at the Atelier
• Understand individual preferences and recommend suitable products, styles, and services
• Assist with sales of bespoke and made-to-measure tailoring, ready-to-wear, shirts, accessories, and other lifesyle products
• Support client appointments, fittings, measurements, and order coordination
• Follow up with clients regarding fittings, alterations, collections, and after-sales service
• Maintain accurate client information, orders, and follow-up records
• Coordinate closely with tailors, suppliers, and the internal team to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Maintain high standards of product presentation and overall Atelier appearance
• Support stock management and day-to-day store operations
• Develop long-term client relationships and contribute towards individual and store sales targets
• Support private appointments, events, and other 183 brand activities

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in sales, fashion retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or premium customer service
• Experience in tailoring, bespoke menswear, made-to-measure, or men’s fashion is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, measurements, or fittings is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of Thai and English
• Well-presented with a professional and polished manner
• Service-minded, proactive, organised, and attentive to detail
• Confident engaging with both Thai and international clients
• Genuine interest in menswear, craftsmanship, style, and luxury products
• Willingness to learn and develop deeper tailoring and product knowledge
