What they need
- Assists the Store Manager in the management of the departments under his responsibility.
- Responsible for delivery of sales target under his departments
- Assume the responsibility of the Store Supervisor in the latter’s absence.
- Orients SUC and Sales Demo with Ace policies and standards.
- Orients SUC and Sales Demo on methods of displaying merchandise
- Maintains discipline in the branch and require therein the observance of company policies, regulation and standard operating procedures.
- Keeps Selling Personnel under his department fully informed of or familiarized with all stocks (old & new), prices, major indications and stock locations.
- Willing to be assigned at ACE hardware SM Nuvali
