Your Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly experience.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Answer questions and provide clear product information.
• Support daily sales and customer engagement activities.
• Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Process customer requests and sales accurately.
• Support promotional campaigns and business initiatives.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Work towards individual and team objectives.
• Take part in ongoing training and development.
