What they need
Responsibilities
* Attend to walk-in customers, WhatsApp and social media enquiries
* Understand customers’ space, lighting requirements and preferred design
* Recommend suitable chandeliers, pendant lights, wall lights and decorative lighting
* Explain product materials, sizes, finishes and custom-made options
* Prepare quotations and follow up with customers on enquiries and orders
* Assist in closing sales and achieving monthly sales targets
* Coordinate with the sales, factory and installation teams when required
* Maintain showroom presentation and product displays
Requirements
* Friendly, confident and comfortable communicating with customers
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Sales or retail experience is an advantage
* Interest in lighting, interior design or home décor is an advantage
* Willing to learn about decorative lighting and custom-made products
* Responsible and able to follow up with customers independently
* Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage
