Sales Assistant

About the role

Support a Chinese team leader in coordinating with Chinese-Thai customers and partners. Track business opportunities, prepare sales documentation, and accompany the team leader on customer visits or perform assigned fieldwork. Suitable for those with Chinese language capabilities, interest in technology, and readiness to learn sales in the IT industry.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, partners, and Chinese team members via telephone, email, and meetings
• Support the sales team in preparing quotations, sales documents, and tracking project status
• Accompany customers on visits and perform fieldwork with the sales or engineering team
• Record and track customer data, business opportunities, and sales progress
• Translate documents, coordinate communications, and support Chinese language work within the team
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the team leader

About you

• Able to communicate well in Mandarin Chinese
• Basic knowledge of network systems (Network), security systems (Security), and electrical communication/low voltage systems (ELV), with readiness to learn further
• Bachelor's degree; special consideration for graduates in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Chinese Language
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to travel for work outside the office and to other provinces as needed
• Patient, enthusiastic, and ready to learn in a dynamic work environment
