Sales Assistant (Semiconductor / Automation) – Chinese Speaker 销售助理

Position Overview

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Basic Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,500 / month (Negotiable based on experience)
• Fixed Allowance: +RM300 / month
• Extras: High Overtime (OT) availability to maximize your monthly take-home pay, plus full statutory benefits (EPF, SOCSO, and EIS).

Key Responsibilities 主要职责

• Assist in managing key accounts, maintaining active sales pipelines. 协助管理核心客户，跟进销售线索，并定期进行沟通。
• Prepare accurate sales quotations, Purchase Orders (POs), and contracts in a timely manner. 高效、准确地准备销售报价单、采购订单（PO）及相关合同文件。
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) programs and new business ventures to expand market share. 协助新品导入（NPI）项目及新业务拓展，以最大化市场份额与销售机会。
• Assist the Sales Manager with market data collection, cost breakdown reviews, and target execution. 协助销售经理进行数据收集、成本核算分析及销售目标的执行。
• Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination. 保持与内外部客户的紧密沟通，确保日常业务顺畅对接。

What We Are Looking For 任职要求

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. 商科、工程类或相关专业大专/本科及以上学历。
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience (Experience in Semiconductor or Automation industries is very highly preferred). 至少1–2年相关工作经验（有半导体或自动化设备行业经验者优先）
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SQL knowledge is an added advantage. 熟练掌握 MS Office （Word, Excel, PowerPoint）；会使用 SQL 者更佳。
• Must be fluent in English and Chinese language (speaking, reading, and writing) to liaise with clients. 中英文流利（听讲读写），能顺畅对接中文及英文客户。
• Highly organized, proactive, strong problem-solving mindset, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced setting. 责任心强、细致严谨、抗压能力强，具备良好的跨部门沟通与多任务处理能力。
