What they need
Highlights:
- Essential customer service support for the sales team.
- Includes occasional outstation travel for client visits and events (allowances provided).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing sales orders
- Handle customer inquiries, follow up on payments, and maintain updated client records.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Travel outstation occasionally to support the sales team during events or client visits.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree with 1+ year experience in sales admin or customer support.
- Willing and able to travel outstation when required.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarinn is an added advantage).
