SALES ASSISTANT

About the role

This role involves serving and communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner, promoting mobile phones, accessories and company services. You will provide accurate information about products, prices, promotions and services, and help customers select products suited to their needs and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Serve and communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Promote mobile phones, accessories and company services to customers
• Provide accurate information about products, prices, promotions and services

• Conduct sales activities and work towards achieving set sales targets
• Follow up with customers to increase sales opportunities
• Ensure product arrangement, displays and cleanliness of the sales area are maintained
• Assist in preparing social media content or promotions as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and refer to supervisor if necessary
• Maintain accurate sales transactions and customer records

About you

• Aged 20 years and above
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field (preferred)
• Experience in sales field (encouraged)
• Confident, not shy and able to communicate with customers
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, friendly and positive personality
• Interest in sales and target-oriented
• Able to work individually and in teams
• Responsible, disciplined and good work attitude
• Willing to learn and improve sales skills
