Sales Assistant

About the role

The Sales Assistant provides hands-on support to Account Managers and Coordinators. This is an entry-level role: no prior sales experience is required. Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of work experience are welcome. You will learn semiconductor OEM sales support on the job — RFQ/PO handling, order tracking, documentation, and day-to-day coordination with manufacturing and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotation packages and maintain RFQ/PO records under manager guidance
• Enter and update orders in ERP/spreadsheets; track confirmations, lead times, and changes (including ECN-related updates)
• Monitor order status (open, shipped, invoiced, paid); follow up on deliveries and payments; escalate exceptions
• Prepare customer documents (e.g. shipping and invoice packs) using approved templates
• Support customer meetings: scheduling, minutes, action lists, and contact records
• Coordinate with planning, production, quality, and logistics for status updates — do not commit pricing or delivery dates without approval
• Keep CRM/shared drives accurate; maintain confidentiality of customer drawings and pricing
• Take on additional coordination / administrative support tasks as the Singapore site and sales programmes scale

About you

• Fresh graduates welcome; 0–2 years of experience preferred (admin, ops support, logistics, customer service, or sales support is a plus — sales background not required)

• Detail-oriented, organised, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Willing to work on-site at Changi North; comfortable in a manufacturing-site environment
