Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, references, online platforms, and other marketing channels.
• Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
• Explain property projects, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and other relevant details.
• Schedule and conduct property/site visits with potential buyers.
• Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into customers.
• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with the marketing, legal, finance, and documentation teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Stay updated on property projects, market trends, competitors, and pricing.

Requirements

• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in real estate, property sales, insurance, banking, or a related sales field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Good knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
