Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Recommend mobile phones, accessories, and packages based on customer needs.
- Explain product features, specifications, promotions, and warranties.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and upsell related products such as cases, screen protectors, chargers, and insurance.
- Handle cash, card, and online payments accurately.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
- Assist with stock receiving, stock counting, and inventory management.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Stay updated on the latest smartphones, gadgets, and promotions.
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
Work Location: In person
