Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Assist customers in selecting products and provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and services.
• Maintain a clean and organised sales area, ensuring that displays are attractive and well-stocked.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person with excellent phone etiquette.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide feedback on customer preferences.
• Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus (bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply).
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions and calculations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Time management skills to ensure timely completion of duties.
• Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous but not essential.
