SALES ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist sales representatives with daily administrative and sales-related tasks.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other necessary documents.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and other departments.
• Monitor order status, deliveries, payments, and customer requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales databases.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and outstanding requirements.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and other sales materials.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for the sales team.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate with the appropriate department for resolution.
• Support sales promotions, events, and other company activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Manager or Supervisor.
