Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or client services.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Proficient in using computerized systems for tracking customer interactions and data management. NetSuite experience a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.
