Job Description: As a Sales Assistant Dyfed Menswear, you will play a pivotal role in assisting grooms and wedding parties in selecting the perfect attire for their special day. Your passion for men's fashion, attention to detail, and dedication to providing excellent customer service will ensure that every client receives a personalised and memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Consultation: Meet with grooms and wedding parties to understand their style preferences, wedding theme, and specific requirements.

2. Product Selection: Showcase our extensive collection of wedding suits, offering expert advice and recommendations tailored to each client's needs and budget.

3. Fittings: Conduct precise measurements and fittings to ensure the perfect fit for every customer, collaborating with our skilled tailors to make any necessary alterations.

4. Customer Service: Provide attentive and personalized service throughout the entire process, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.

5. Order Management: Manage suit rentals and retail purchases, from processing transactions to coordinating delivery or pickup schedules, maintaining accurate records, and managing inventory levels.

6. Styling Assistance: Offer styling advice and guidance on coordinating accessories such as shirts, ties, pocket squares, and shoes to complete the wedding day look.

7. Promotion and Marketing: Actively promote Dyfed Menswear's wedding suit services through various channels, including wedding fayres and social media.

8. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team, tailors, and administrative staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation, contributing to the overall success of Dyfed Menswear.
