Sales Assistant

JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Assistant supports the sales team in assisting customers, processing orders, preparing sales documents, maintaining sales records, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist customers with product inquiries, selections, and purchases.
• Provide accurate information regarding product specifications, prices, availability, and promotions.
• Process customer orders and prepare necessary sales documents.
• Coordinate with the Cashier regarding customer payments and transactions.
• Record customer transactions, sales, and other necessary information in the sales ledger accurately and completely.
• Maintain and update the ledger to ensure proper monitoring of customer transactions and balances.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Staff regarding product availability, preparation, and release of orders.
• Assist in checking product quantities and order details before release to customers.
• Arrange and coordinate Lalamove or other authorized delivery services for customer orders.
• Provide the rider with the correct pick-up and delivery details, items, and necessary documents.
• Monitor the status of deliveries and coordinate with customers, riders, and concerned staff when necessary.
• Assist customers with delivery-related concerns and inquiries.
• Monitor product displays and ensure items are properly arranged and labeled.
• Handle customer concerns and refer unresolved issues to the Store Manager or Supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
• Assist in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Management
