Sales Assistant

Job Summary

Duties

• Engage with customers in person and via various communication channels to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Support the sales team in achieving targets through active participation in sales activities, including B2B sales
• Negotiate terms and close deals with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term relationships
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Manage time efficiently to balance multiple client interactions and tasks

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and follow-up activities
