SALES ASSISTANT

Position: Sales Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and technically knowledgeable Sales Assistant to support our sales and business development activities, particularly in the solar PV and electrical industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct prospecting activities to identify and develop potential customers.
• Generate and implement effective lead generation strategies.
• Assist in conducting PV Solar Site Surveys and gathering necessary site information.
• Prepare and assist in the preparation of Single-Line Diagrams (SLD).
• Prepare and interpret electrical layouts based on project requirements.
• Prepare and review Schedule of Loads.
• Assist the sales team in presenting technical solutions to prospective clients.
• Conduct client follow-ups and maintain good customer relationships.
• Participate in sales negotiations and assist in closing deals.
• Perform other sales and technical support activities as may be assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Knowledge of PV Solar Survey, SLD, Electrical Layout, and Schedule of Loads.
• Has good prospecting and lead generation skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to conduct site visits and meet potential clients.
